Women's Nervous System Community
The group is an opportunity to gather monthly to foster connection and an understanding of how your nervous system impacts every aspect of your life. Learn tools you can apply every day and build a life-long practice out of. Share, explore, support, and grow compassion for all of your life experiences. Get stronger and more steady in your ability to navigate life’s challenges and changes, learn how to expand more joy in everything you do AND do it with loving support of other women!! Private NS Facilitation + Coaching
The most potent way to begin your explorations. A safe and intimate opportunity to get to know your unique nervous system and begin to learn the right tools to find more steadiness. One-on-one NS coaching is not counseling or therapy but rather a chance to engage in self-sourced learning led by an experienced facilitator in a container designed to nurture + stretch you in ways that change your habits of thinking + behavior. It will allow you a chance to “be with” all that is true for you without judgment or the need to fix it AND to learn how to shift your relationship to your life with wisdom and grace.
28-Day NS Rest + Reset Course
In this program you’ll be exposed to cutting-edge nervous system science from a variety of sources, and the tools to support awareness, consistent practice, and long term change. YOUR nervous system is our priority and through movement, inquiry, and assessment you will learn how to heighten your positive impact on your life and others.
This work clarifies and supports the long term change many of us seek through therapy and movement practices. It uplifts all of our previous knowledge and skill and solidifies it into positive lifelong action, which otherwise can struggle to take hold.

Psychological safety assessment + planning
If you're a founder and you want to begin at your foundation, engaging in an intervention development + implementation plan is the best place to start. The work has got to start with you. Intervention engagements are a minimum of 6 months and begin by helping you learn how to better regulate your own nervous system. We take you through a foundational training to help you better understand the foundations of the science that supports the NS-based and Polyvagal informed strategies we use, then address specific areas of challenge, unrest, distress, and bottlenecking within your business or organization. You'll be given a thorough collection of interventions that we'll integrate slowly to assess their efficacy, correcting course throughout the process until you feel confident that you're making the progress you desire.
NSW trainings are for businesses and organizations that value the whole person, radical inclusion, and curating a consistent environment of safety, creativity, equitability, and success for everyone WITHOUT sacrificing mental, physical or spiritual health of the individual or the whole. If you're battling talent and client retention, up against difficult changes and transitions, or simply navigating the regular ins and outs of a business day and you need more resources to level out the process we can customize a training program for your leadership team, managers or staff that is targeted at exactly what you need. Trainings can take place online, in-person, or via retreat.

If you want to improve and uplift the culture you've created, beginning with a psychological safety assessment and implementation strategy is a perfect place to begin. This work takes a minimum of 3 months and can last up to many years depending on the size of your business and your dedication to maintaining the safety and inclusion that you create. If you want to align your business with your values and lead by example this is the work we do here. We'll begin with a thorough assessment of the culture of your business, interviews with staff and clients to gather as much data as possible. Together we'll identify areas of improvement and priorities so that I can create an implementation plan that can be easily and gradually implemented.

Communication
A settled nervous system invites other nervous systems to settle. You cannot communicate, think or act in alignment with your values unless your nervous system allows it. Improve communication across ALL levels of your life and work by learning how to regulate yourself and help others to regulate even in difficult times.
Safety + Inclusion
We experience exclusion and isolation in the same part of our brain as physical pain. Creating psychological safety means creating physiological safety. When you lean into nervous system science and strategies you can consistently create containers of radical inclusion that promote collaboration, problem-solving, connection, creativity, and belonging.
Conflict Resolution
“Only when we are in a calm physiological state can we convey cues of safety to another.” - Porges. Conflict will remain conflict, ugly, judgmental, petty, angry, and volatile if our body is in a defensive mode. To de escalate any difficult situation our nervous system has to feel safe. Resolution begins on a physiological not cognitive level.
