In this 4-day event -- designed to support community members, movement practitioners, therapists, and somatic educators -- you will have an opportunity to care for yourself on the deepest level, develop greater awareness of your own unique nervous system and learn how to soothe it to create profound and lasting steadiness no matter how difficult life gets.

What the weekend offers...
One-on-One Sessions
One-on-one NS sessions are an opportunity for clients to:

Dive deep into knowing their nervous systems
-
Identify dominant states + primary NS responses and begin developing a personal NS Map
-
Explore what tools and strategies (movement, self-massage, inquiry, sound/sounding, breath and more) will best support what their NS needs to shift or expand states
-
Learn when and how to use the tools to cultivate the capacity to “be with” their experiences and the powerful ability to shift their state intentionally when life requires it
These sessions will be the foundation for long term steadiness and the beginning of a Map to greater physical, psychological and emotional health.

What it Includes:

You will get a NS intake/assessment prior to their session, which will help us both get the most of our time together

You’ll leave with access to a digital companion that will help you navigate daily and long term practice options

And if you’d like you’ll get a recording of the session (audio and/or video) that you can lean on in the weeks to come

We’ll co-create the beginnings of your NS map and you’ll leave with a list of powerful strategies to use immediately and consistently
